Oregon Elopement Photographer

Dreaming of an Oregon elopement, but don’t know where to start? I got you.
Oregon is a treasure trove of incredible elopement locations. Whether you’re looking for beachside cliffs on rocky coastlines, old-growth forests with giant, ancient trees, serene lakes amongst the mountains, wildflowers, waterfalls, deserts, and more– somehow, you can find it all in this one state.
I moved to the Pacific Northwest after a roadtrip through Oregon & Washington changed my life. I knew that the epic love stories I wanted to tell deserved epic landscapes to be told in, and so I moved out here in 2020 to do just that. Now as a local PNW expert, I love helping my couples plan and execute their dream elopement days!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ELOPING IN OREGON…
THE WEATHER
The coastline is an amazing option year-round, as well as many forested locations. For wildflowers, you’ll want to consider the Columbia River Gorge in the spring, and mountains in the summer!
THE LEGALITIES
Getting your marriage license is super easy in Oregon! You can apply online and all you need to make it official is one ordained individual (like myself) and two witnesses (like two hikers that we might find on the trail!)
THE LOCATIONS
Oregon is a treasure trove of unique and gorgeous elopement locations. Rocky cliffsides, foggy coastlines, waterfalls, mountains, deserts… scroll through to see a peek into Ecola State Park, Hug Point, Cannon Beach, Crater Lake, and more!

How much coverage do you need for your elopement?
Depending on how much of your day you want captured (and trust me, the more, the better!) I recommend anywhere from 4 hours to 2 days.
Check out these sample timelines for some ideas of how quickly the day goes by when you’re designing your dream elopement day experience!

The Full Day
Time enough for multiple locations and activities, this package lasts from getting ready through stargazing, and everything that happens in between. Recommended if you have any kind of reception!

The Half Day
My most popular package, since it can acommodate nearly any hike as well as some extras, depending on your vision. My recommended minimum for elopements with guests, so that you still get some you time!

The Mini
This package typically gives us enough time for getting ready photos and one other location, or time for a short hike. Typically centered around sunrise or sunset, this is perfect if you want short and sweet!
